The apartment's location was superb and very convenient for my business needs. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. the apartment offered a functional kitchen space and a clean swimming pool for relaxation.
Although the apartment was equipped with a washing machine, there wasn't any detergent. the supply of toilet paper was limited, which caused inconvenience.

We spent our Christmas holidays in an apartment close to the beach and restaurants. We loved the location and the helpful and friendly staff, who were always ready to give advice and recommendations. The apartment had all the basic facilities, including a functional kitchen with appliances, and air conditioning in the bedroom and living area. The swimming pool was clean and great for adults and kids.
Our only heads-up for future visitors is that there are only a few toilet paper rolls available in the toilet upon arrival, so take your basics with you or go for a quick shopping trip. we had a fantastic holiday, and we would definitely come back again.

This apartment offers a fantastic location, being situated in arguably the best area of San Benedetto and close to the sea. the friendly, helpful staff adds to the positive experience, ensuring any minor problems are quickly fixed. the apartments are functional, with amenities such as a microwave, fridge, and washing machine. there is a swimming pool area, perfect for both adults and kids. the accommodation also provides air conditioning, which is a welcome relief during the hot Italian weather.
One slight drawback is that the wifi may not always perform at its best due to the high occupancy of the residence.
